Quotes and acceptance
All orders are subject to written confirmation. A cart submission, form submission, or email request is a request for quotation and does not guarantee stock, pricing, shipping cost, delivery date, or payment terms.
Pricing
Prices may change due to supplier cost changes, availability, freight, taxes, tariffs, configuration, condition, or quantity. We will confirm final pricing before accepting an order.
Payment
Payment terms are determined at the time of quote or invoice. Orders may require prepayment, deposit, or approved business credit. Customer is responsible for applicable taxes, shipping, duties, and fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
Availability and substitutions
Enterprise hardware availability can move quickly. If an exact part number is unavailable, we may suggest equivalent or compatible alternatives for customer approval.
Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by item condition, manufacturer status, and quote terms. Any warranty or return rights must be stated in the written quote or invoice.
