Return authorization
Returns require written authorization before any item is shipped back. Contact us with order details, serial numbers if applicable, condition, and reason for return.
Eligibility
Return eligibility depends on item type, condition, configuration, packaging, manufacturer restrictions, and quote terms. Custom-configured, special-order, used, open-box, and clearance items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
Inspection
Returned items are inspected before credit, replacement, or exchange is approved. Missing accessories, altered serial numbers, damaged packaging, or customer-caused damage may reduce or void credit.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for safe return packaging and shipping unless YABA Scan states otherwise in writing. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable.
