YABA Barcode
Condition Grading
How YABA Barcode describes new, used, refurbished, open-box, and surplus hardware condition.
Common grades
New: Unused product, typically in manufacturer packaging when available. Open box: Unused or lightly handled product with opened or non-original packaging. Refurbished: Tested product restored for functional resale. Used: Tested working product with cosmetic wear. For parts: Product sold for repair, recovery, or component value.
What we evaluate
We review model number, serial status when available, functional condition, batteries, screens, scan engines, ports, housings, buttons, docks, accessories, packaging, and fleet consistency.
Surplus submissions
When selling surplus inventory, photos and exact part numbers help us quote faster and reduce back-and-forth.
