Rental requests

Rental availability, pricing, term length, deposits, accessories, and shipping are confirmed in writing before any rental begins.

Customer responsibilities

Customer is responsible for reasonable care, secure storage, return packaging, and timely return of rented equipment. Loss, theft, damage, missing accessories, or late return may result in additional charges.

Configuration and data

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for application setup, network credentials, data removal, and operational testing before use. Devices should be returned without customer data.
